EXCLUSIVE: Randy & Evi Quaid To Be Charged with 3 Felony Counts Each

Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi’s dirty laundry list of unpaid bills continues to mount.

As RadarOnline.com reported, The Santa Barbara County Police Department has been investigating the couple for allegedly skipping out on their hotel bill at the swanky San Ysidro Ranch after racking up more than $10,000 in charges and an arrest warrant has been filed.

Now, sources tell RadarOnline.com that the couple is expected to be charged with three felony counts each: Defrauding an innkeeper, conspiracy and Burglary, and that bail will be set at $20,000.

And that’s not all.
RadarOnline.com spoke to a source close to the investigation, who confirmed that Randy and Evi also owe the Hotel Bel-Air $17,000 in unpaid hotel bills and are holding on to a rental car that has been reported missing by Hertz Rent-A-Car.

Sources tell RadarOnline.com that Randy and Evi failed to return their rental car and are currently keeping it stashed away at their home in Marfa, Texas.

These two are trash. They tried to screw CBS 15 years ago over a show ...then Randy & his freak of a wife went after the makers of "Brokeback Mountain" for a piece of the profits..They are the worst kind of people. Drug freaks..Monsters !!!
