Daniel Giersch, the estranged husband of Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford, has fired back against a restraining order she got against
him, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Giersch's lawyer, Fahi Takesh tells RadarOnline.com, "These fabricated accusations are intended to harm Daniel's reputation. He will remain focused on co-parenting both of their children and not make any personal comments, in order to continue to protect the children's need for privacy and well-being. Rutherford claims that Giersch was followed her, her mother and nanny, and the judge agreed and he must stay at least 100 yards away from them.

A hearing for the restraining order has been set for October 15th.
