The stork has arrived.

Katherine Heigl is officially a mother, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The Grey's Anatomy star's baby girl, Naleigh, is home and in her new nursery.

Katherine and husband Josh Kelley are already doting parents, a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

"They are truly a happy, happy family," the source told RadarOnline.com.

RadarOnline.com broke the story Wednesday that Katherine was about to adopt.

The baby is 10 months old and from Korea. Heigl, 30, confirmed RadarOnline.com's scoop on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday and said Naleigh is a "special needs baby."

Watch the video of Katherine discussing the adoption.

Heigl and Kelly have been married since December 27, 2007. The beautiful actress said her husband always has been supportive of her desire to adopt.

"I just wanted to make sure that I was marrying a guy who understood that that was going to have to happen," she told Ellen. "So about a year ago is when we said, 'OK, let's start the process,' and the process is intense. It's different but it isn't, do you know what I mean? It's just as intense I'm sure to have a baby biologically because you're going through the whole physical sort of thing of it."

She is currently on leave from Grey's Anatomy and next week begins filming the big-screen feature Life As We Know It.

I wonder what special needs does the baby have? It's a wonderful thing they've done.

I think she is doing a very honorable thing...not only adopting but adopting a baby with special needs. Naleigh will have a much better life and now has an endless amount of opportunities.
