Just weeks before finalizing his divorce from wife Kate Gosselin, Jon Gosselin has changed divorce lawyers.

In a move that is sure to slow down his impending divorce Jon Gosselin has decided to swap lawyers from Charles J. Meyer, who is an attorney with the Elliott Greenleaf firm in Blue Bell PA, to Mark J. Heller, the father of Jon's personal lawyer and business consultant, Mike Heller.

Meyer has filed papers with the Montgomery County PA, court system to withdraw as the counsel for Jon Gosselin regarding his divorce.

Charles J. Meyer's office had no comment.

You watch, Jon wants to weisel out of the joint support that supposedly had been agreed upon. I'm sure he realizes Kate is going to make more money than he in the future and wants her to pay more of the children's expenses.

I don't think this is entirely new. Mark Heller was quoted in articles about Kate calling police to the house when Jon wouldn't let her in. He was said to be Jon's attorney then.
