Eva Longoria Parker fought the law, and the law won.
The gorgeous 34-year-old star was pulled over while driving her posh Lexus RX 400h around Los Angeles on Wednesday. Though it appears as if she did her best, Eva was unable to talk the officer out of giving her a ticket -- perhaps he's not a fan of Desperate Housewives?

The actress then went about her day though from the look on her face, it wasn’t one of her favorites.

Actually, on top of tickets, public caning for speeding would be perfect! Pain with a huge dose of humiliation might actually reduce accidents and be more affective than just tickets!

When will people learn to drive correctly? People's LIVES are at steak...Oh yeah, I forgot, no ones gives a S$&@ about other people, besides bad things only happen to OTHER people and not to them. People are dumb!

She probably got the ticket trying to out run the paps. It must be true because they were right there to get the pic of her getting the ticket?
