Charles Chocolates : Chocolate Heaven

Who doesn’t like chocolates? We’re a little snobby (ok, a lot) when it comes to chocolates so no HERSHEY’S for us. When we heard about Charles Chocolates – known for fresh, delectable concoctions – we had to do a taste test.
We weren’t disappointed. The exquisite, edible chocolate box, made of delicious milk and dark chocolate, housing little chocolate nuggets was almost too pretty to eat. But we managed. The concept: enjoy the chocolates inside, then savor the box. $60 at Charles chocolates.
The wizard, aka: "Charles", tells us he only uses finest ingredients, including some of the world’s best chocolates, organic herbs, fruits and nuts as well as the freshest organic Straus cream and butter.
Made by hand in very small batches using traditional techniques, all of the chocolates are shipped to customers within three days of being created. The freshness is evident. Every little choclate delight is both bold and delicate — the perfect combination of flavor and texture.
Just read this description but no drooling:
"Enjoy our Fleur de Sel Caramels in plain and chocolate. Our caramels are handmade in small batches and coated in rich 65% bittersweet chocolate. 18 of our fresh caramels are packed in a beautiful, handmade, chocolate box (dark chocolate base, white chocolate lid). "
