VIDEO: Jon & Kate Reunite Thursday To Send Twins Off To School

Jon and Kate Gosselin are putting aside their war of words -- at least for the time being -- for the sake of their kids.
The bickering couple came together on Thursday morning to send their darling 9-year-old twins, Cara and Mady, off for the first day of school.

Jon and Kate arrived in separate cars around 7 a.m. Thursday to the bus pickup point; a parking lot near the family's home in Wernersville, PA.
The twins rode with their mom to the lot. When they saw their dad, they gave him a big hug before hopping on the bus.
As the girls boarded the bus Kate, wearing her trademark cap and oversized sunglasses, apologized to the other moms for all the paparazzi there.
In a move to help Kate out, the other moms asked the paps: "Want our picture too?" and added: "Can you go over somewhere else?"

Kate then boarded the bus for a few minutes to say a final goodbye to the girls.
Jon kept his distance from Kate, but said of his kids: "They're all jazzed up about riding on the bus." He added: "I'm happy too, because now I don't have to drive them to school."
While Mady and Cara start third grade Thursday, the sextuplets start junior kindergarten on Friday.

The sextuplets will be in junior kindergarten only three days a week this school year; next year, they'll go five days a week.
The marriage meltdown between Jon and Kate has grown worse in the last week, with Kate calling the cops on Jon, and slamming him on Larry King Live and in People magazine entitled Kate Strikes Back. In the article, she compared Jon's behavior to that of a 15-year-old.

On Thursday, when paps asked Kate about the People article, she remained silent.
As RadarOnline.com reported exclusively on August 13th, Jon and Kate's divorce will be legally official by the end of September.

It's not clear how their divorce will impact their reality show.

the kids i feel sorry for them because they are little and i know what they are going through my kids went though the same thing and it is hard for them.

It is a he said she said and i am sick of it if what he said she is the one the ended well then Kate should go on with her life and leave it alone.

you i have seen this show since the beginning and Kate has changed i liked her in the beginning but the way she treated Jon i didn't even want to watch it anymore i don't blame him at all.

Let's break it down.
Parked WAY far away so paps could film.
WAY overdressed.
1 person made comment to paps~probably paid.
Never dawned on Kate to take pics until she saw others.
And had to get on bus to do it.

I agree jdlm, they just had to come back with something because comments were made about Jon's skanky clothes that he wears every day including his dorky hat.

AGAIN TURD SHOWS HOW HE REALLY FEELS BY STATING THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE TO DRIVE THEM TO SCHOOL. THATS TIGHT JON IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU. YOU NEED TO LEARN TO STFU AROUND PAPS.

i don't know about in pa but where i come from in ohio you would be harassed to no end if your mommy got on the bus with you to tell you good bye.
