VIDEO: Elizabeth Edwards Discusses Paternity Test on Larry King

Elizabeth Edwards showed poise and class when talk show host Larry King asked her Wednesday night about a paternity test to determine if her husband, ex-U.S. Senator John Edwards, is the father to the 18-month-old baby of Rielle Hunter, the sexy videographer the handsome politician has acknowledged a past fling with.

"I -- my expectation is at some point, something happens," Elizabeth said of the pending test. "And I hope for the -- for the sake of -- of this child that -- that it happens, you know, in a quiet way."

The baby, Frances, was born last year, but the ex-presidential candidate had earlier claimed he stopped having sex with Hunter long before the child was conceived.

"We're getting the children ready for a new school year," she said. "Everything seems to be going pretty smoothly at my house."

She's a saint. Jon Edwards is a bigger douche than Jon Gosselin, the fact that he has done this woman so bad as she fights for her life against cancer is disgusting. This woman has been thru hell, loss of a child, cancer & adulterous husband.

Elizabeth Edwards is my hero, I've read her books, shes's amazing. This woman has been thru so much adversity in her life and her husband basically sh!t$ on a platter daily and serves it up to her with the boldness of a pyschopath.

I say Elizabeth should change her will to exclude her husband as an heir and name someone else to manage the money for her kids so when he takes up with the housewrecker they get what they deserve - nothing.
