A bikini-clad Britney Spears appeared via videotape on The Late Show with David Letterman Tuesday night, telling America ten ways the country would be different if she was president.

Spears, sitting on a glass table, provided humorous answers such as: putting a nightclub on the moon, finally getting some media attention, and -- our favorite -- "Free pie for everyone!"
The ...Baby One More Time singer's career has made quite the U-turn since her disastrous performance of Gimme More at the 2007 MTV VMAs: Her album, Circus, is a smash hit, her show is selling out worldwide, and, as Late Show viewers saw Tuesday, her body is in the best shape its ever been.
Spears resumes her Circus tour north of the border in Canada, on August 20 at the Copps Coliseum in Hamilton, Ontario.
