Tracy Morgan Decides Not To Be Funny - Files For Divorce

30 Rock funnyman Tracy Morgan often puts us all in tears from laughter due to his comedy, but now tears of sadness can be shed. The former SNL'r has filed for divorce from his wife Sabina in a Bronx Supreme
Court Friday.

Morgan and his wife split in 2008 after his battles with drinking led to a DUI.

The two were married for 23 years and have three sons together. Friends of Morgan, 40, told the New York Daily News, "Basically they were divorced without the paperwork"
