Hollywood legacy Rumer Willis rang in her 21st birthday on Saturday, toasting her legal drinking age at Tao at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.
The starlet, looking sophisticated in sparkly black mini and darker locks, mugged it on the red carpet with her Sorority Row costars, including The Hills' Audrina Patridge and Jamie Chung.

Only thing that's changed is she is now able to enter a bar and drink legally. She has no looks and no talent-- already a wannabe without ever "having been." Such a twit.

Yes, this is a good picture of her but I agree, she has a weird shaped face and isn't that attractive. Don't think she is camera material really. Maybe her hair longer would make a difference but the camera does not like her that is for sure.
