After taking the leap from female to male, perhaps popping the question seems like a walk in the park to Chaz Bono.
The gender-swapping spawn of Cher was spotted at Los Angeles' Beverly Center on Friday, perusing rings at a jewelry store--then leaving with a small box that he quickly hid from cameras.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, once Chaz's gender reassignment is complete, he is free to marry Elias under California State Law.

I watched a program on the health channel this man wanted to turn into a woman.He talk to his doctor and told him why well the man was abused as a child,his dad wanted a girl.Any parent abuse a child I HATE THEM!

was cher daughter abused as a child?Person that not happy with their gender most of them was abused as a child,mama or dad wanted a boy instead of a girl and made fun of the child when it was growing up.

Why is this woman referred to as a "he". She was born a female. Her DNA proves her to be a female.
It does not matter what surgery or drugs she chooses to do---the fact is she will always be a female!!!!!
