A gaunt-looking Patrick Swayze was snapped Tuesday leaving Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, California, clad in a Cowboy hat and thick coat.

So sad...just a few weeks ago some pics of him were released and he looked better than he had in a long time...gained some weight. Glad he's not in pain and suffering any longer.
