Patricia Heaton Sued By Her Personal Assistant

TV fans may have adored her as Ray Romano's put-upon wife in 206 episodes of Everybody Loves Raymond but actress Patricia Heaton's former personal assistant is no longer feeling the love. Jennifer Lee says she worked as a PA to Heaton and her producer husband David Cook from August 2007 to March 2009 and that they fired her while owing her big bucks.
In legal papers filed in Los Angeles on Monday and obtained by RadarOnline.com, Lee claims the Hollywood power pair owe her unpaid wages and overtime.

Lee also says she was subjected to a wrongful termination and that Heaton coldly claimed the assistant's young child was interfering with her work performance. She's demanding a jury trial.

I used to like and admire Patricia until I saw her on "Who Wants to be a Millionaire." I could not believe that anyone could be that stupid. Regis had to practically give her the answer to a simple question.

My family has known Patty and her husband for years and she is a warm and authentic person. I'd like to hear both sides of this story.

How embarrassing for her! It's a nominal cost to get rid of this and avoid the exposure of an embarrassing lawsuit. I swear, actors don't use their heads sometimes.

I have a friend that worked for her business manager & she said that she is a monster. I am glad she is being sued. If a person is lucky enough to make it...BE KIND !!!!!!
