Emmy-winning D-Lister Kathy Griffin, 48, brought 19-year-old Levi Johnston as her “date” to the 2009 Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles Sunday.
Griffin -- whose true talent is getting her picture snapped -- held hands with Johnston as they walked the red carpet.
Johnston is the ex-fiance of Bristol Palin, daughter of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin. The couple called it quits shortly after the birth of a son, Tripp, in December 2008.
