New Sculpture - Angelina Jolie Nude And Breastfeeding

Angelina Jolie has been nude on screen and in photographs taken by her partner Brad Pitt. Now the mom of six has been immortalized in bronze, undressed and breastfeeding her twins.
The life-size statue, called Landmark for Breastfeeding, is by Daniel Edwards, who said his aim is to encourage more women to nurse. He was inspired by Brad's photo of Angie breastfeeding that ran on the cover of W last year.
The twins, Vivienne and Knox, turned one July 12.
The statue will be on display at the Mainsite Contemporary Art Museum in Norman, OK beginning September 11. Then it's off to London.

His real aim is to make a name for himself by using another celelb's fame.
Doncha just love so-called "artists" who cannot get famous on their own talwnt or personality.

Way too sexual. He may have been "inspired" by AJ, but he doesn't even begin to capture love radiating from AJ when she was nursing her babes or the beauty of the mother-child bond. Gives me the creeps.

she should be holding them with them in her arms crossed at opposite ends, looking down at them with committment, love, amazement, and endurament. redo redo he did not capture the look of the god given gift a mother is given to provide life

he did not give aj her true beauty by all means. breastfeeding is suspose to be a loving look and gesture. this statue does not show the bond a mother and child have during this process. this looks more like she is doing someone a favor.

I don't see the resemblance. Who holds babies like that...buy just their heads?? The football hold has your arm under the body too...not just holding the heads against your breast.
