Madonna and her beau Jesus Luz continue to take their romance global as she continues her tour. The couple were recently spotted enjoying a nice dinner at a local restaurant in Israel.

But there was an added touch of importance to the dinner: they allegedly dined with Tel Aviv foreign minister Tzipi Livni.
