Cooper, 34, hit an LA gym to keep up his fighting shape after international promoting of his hit The Hangover.

He's currently filming the giant ensemble Valentine's Day, alongside Julia Roberts, Ashton Kutcher, Anne Hathaway, as well as Taylors Swift and Lautner.
