Kate Gosselin returned to her Wernersville, Pennsylvania home Wednesday, after a whirlwind of media appearances in New York.

A backyard bash was held by family and friends for the mother of eight, whose promotional appearances for the family’s show in the Big Apple included an emotional set on NBC’s The Today Show (where she wore her wedding ring), and a tense exchange with Regis Philbin on Live With Regis And Kelly (slated to air in syndication on Thursday).

And the 34-year-old reality TV mom didn't disappoint her kids with any of those "All I got was this lousy T-shirt"-type souvenirs: Kate had three bags full of toys, games and other trinkets RadarOnline.com spotted her picking up at FAO Schwarz earlier this week, making it Christmas in August for the beloved TV tots.

jon and kate best of luck, never easy being in this situation. You really should consider counseling not for the marriage sake, but for both of you as individuals.

Sorry SOR, I watched the interview and could not believe how stupid Kate must think people are, including someone who might consider themselves a fan (not me!!). She is truly pathetic.
