Jon and Kate Reunite at UPS

Oh, small town living. Though they seemed to make an effort to keep apart Monday morning as Kate moved some things out of their home, Jon and Kate Gosselin ran into one another at a local UPS store later that afternoon. Showing they can still be civil, the estranged couple were even spotted chatting closely for a bit.
Tonight, TLC will air a new episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8 for the first time since June 22 after their separation was announced. While Jon has had his fair share of female drama, he has been keeping up with his end of the shared custody bargain, looking after the kids while Kate was away.

Oh and it does look like she's crying. Getting a divorce, having Jon as a co-parent, the press constantly tailing her. Worrying anything she says to a friend or family member could be news. Looks like she's had a great summer.

If she was hungry for media coverage, the photos would be of something other than errands. She's not out signing photos at her fence, hosting pool parties, cavorting with love interests in the big apple. She needs a better publicist.

I had some "help" having my second baby. The fertility doctor warned me about multiples. She did not mention a bonus reality show as a side effect. Kate Gosselin was just trying for a second pregnancy.

I've never watched the show. I haven't met her, but know others in her old community who did know her before she moved. She was just a normal woman trying to have another baby.

Jon Gosselin has done things that are worthy of tabloid coverage. The rest of the family has not. The kids lives would be safer if their mom wasn't being stalked by the press every time she goes to the ups store.

The press has so far only managed to fire off pictures of her going to the UPS store, leaving the grocery, getting her nails done, dropping the kids off at school. Same errands the rest of us make.

The Gosselin family filmed near my home, at a local golf course, at my local park, the ice cream corner, all without causing much interest at all, just like any other family living here.

The other nine members of the family can thank Jon for his relationship with a 23 year old teacher for the constant tailing every time someone leaves the house.

Before Jon started hanging in bars with local teachers, this family filmed all over this community without any fanfair. No media tailing the family vehicles every time they left the house.
