Their parents may be involved in a very messy and very public divorce, but the adorable Gosselin kids looked carefree as they enjoyed the waning days of summer with their nanny outside their Wernersville, Pennsylvania home on Tuesday.

The children alternated scampering on their bikes and scooters before settling in with the nanny to have some juice, picnic-style.

Mom Kate was in New York doing the talk show circuit, appearing in a pre-taped interview on Live With Regis and Kelly.

This all looks staged to me. Check out the kids in the beginning standing around, then they form a line and hold hands for a minute or so. They know the cameras are there.

IS ANYBODY ELSE NOT DISTURBED BY THE AMOUNT OF STILL PICS U CAN HEAR BEING SNAPPED OF THESE KIDS WITH NO ADULT IN THE PICS LEAVE THOSE KIDS ALONE THEY ARE DEFENSELESS.

I'm glad that they have someone to love them and take good care of them. They are very cute and smart kids. Too bad their parents are too caught up in all of the money and fame to raise their own kids. How sad.

Probably 22+/- acres in the back and yet the kids are still parading around the front yard. Thought the nanny had more of a clue than the parents.
