Sandra Bullock, Bradley Cooper and Thomas Haden Church came out to Manns Chinese Theatre in Hollywood Wednesday night for the world premiere of their new comedy All About Steve.

Sandra -- who produced and stars in All About Steve -- looked chic and sexy as she walked the red carpet. She told RadarOnline.com exclusively that she keeps her super svelte figure using "Lipo - lots of it - tons of liposuction!". We think she was joking, but hey whatever works, Sandy!

Bradley Cooper - who arrived without new galpal Renee Zellweger - kept his walk down the carpet short and sweet spending most of his time posing for pics and hugging his co-stars.

Sandra told RadarOnline.com that she hand-picked Bradley for the co-starring role. "It was important for me to get the actor that I wanted, which was Bradley, which was before The Hangover. So I wanted Bradley the actor who I loved from Wedding Crashers."

And you wouldn't know it now but the dark haired stunner, who looks amazing at 45, wasn't always leading lady material. "I had a lisp when I was younger" she admitted!

we all luvs sandra, she is an absolute doll and her movies show it. it is great she is not another loose star out there with a lot of trashy press, also her marriage to jessee james is awesome. what a pair of fantastics.
