EXCLUSIVE: Jude Law Says He'll Be There For Baby's Birth

Jude Law has promised that he will be present when Samantha Burke gives birth to his baby later this year, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The actor wants to "do the right thing" and is promising to support Burke, a model he met in New York and romanced briefly.
And while Law, who has three children with Sadie Frost, is saying he wants to be involved in his baby's life, he isn't saying it directly to Burke. Sources tell RadarOnline.com that Law, 36, and Burke, 24, are not speaking directly - all communication is going through their lawyers!
That's a step up from when Burke discovered she was pregnant. At that point she tried to reach Law, but his cell phone number had been changed, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.

Burke is back in her hometown of Pensacola, Florida amid reports that she has worked out a financial agreement with Law through her lawyers. She is due to give birth October 6 and will name the baby Sophia.

Law is no stranger to controversy. His marriage to Sadie Frost exploded with scandalous reports behind her claim that he had exacerbated her post-natal depression. They divorced in 2003. His subsequent relationship with Sienna Miller also had a fiery public ending after he was accused of having an affair his children's former nanny.

people are so quick to judge. you know how many men in hollywood probably get girls like her pregnant all the time! they just get buy off with money t! so quick to judge someone without even knowing them...

ok Shaniqua, maybe you should have your kids taken away, if you even have any.. I grew up in pensacola, fl. I went to highschool with her, and my sister was friends with her. Give her some space and leave her the hell alone..

The "model and aspiring actress" saw her gravy train and jumped on with her legs wide open. She deserves to have the kid taken away from her if she can't raise it by herself without any support from Jude.

Why should her child be taken away? Both parents are required to support the child. Since Jude Law is a millionaire, his child is entitled to live a nice life, the same way his other 3 are.

Completely irresponsible on both sides. Of course she wanted to get pregnant by Jude Law. Money and greed rule the world. He needs to be neutered.

What a bunch of animals. Having sex with whoever is willing to spread their legs or pull down their zipper. No wonder the world is in such a state of decay. So few people have any morals or integrity.
