BREAKING NEWS: Michael Jackson Estate Hearing – “We Have A Dilemma” Says Attorney

Can’t we all just get along? is the question Judge Mitchell Beckloff may soon be posing to the opposing sides in the Michael Jackson estate hearing going on Monday afternoon in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
The hearing began at 2:30 PM PDT, and very pressing, according to attorney Howard Weitzman who represents the Special Administrators for Michael’s estate -- the singer’s longtime associates and friends John Branca and John McClain -- is the approval of their pending deal with AEG. While the attorney appointed to represent the interests of Michael’s kids has agreed to the deal, Katherine Jackson has not.
“We have a dilemma,” Weitzman told Judge Beckloff. “One beneficiary doesn’t object and the other beneficiary does. We have a five to six million dollar deal for the estate that may never be recovered because of timing issues. We need court wisdom to overcome this hurdle.”
To which Katherine’s attorney Burt Levitch countered, “We have a real problem with the AEG deal.”
Judge Beckloff himself has already suggested some impatience with the many objections coming from the Katherine Jackson camp. He’s set a September 9 hearing for Mrs. Jackson’s “safe harbor” hearing regarding the appointment of Branca and McClain as the Special Administrators of her son’s estate.
One piece of business was settled however. All sides agreed to an agreement with Bravado, the licensing company handling all MJ memorabilia.

It is Joe and Jermaine that are making her do this. Jermaine still lives at home because he can not supprot himself. He is looking for a better free ride off of his brother.

I think the Judge should just come out and tell her enough is enough, if you file one more item you will be banned from the estate.

i think she is just greedy!let michael rest already. he hasnt even been buried yet because of disagreements wich involve what else? money!!hasnt she made enough off her son??

Mrs Jackson is suspicious of every business deal, will etc. her FAMILY is causing her to raise ALL these objections so she can get ALL the MONEY and dole it out to to the other 4 brothers/Joe.. im sure this LADY has way enough money to live on!!!

She was specifically EXCLUDED from a seat at the table by her son. The judge is being kind putting up with her and her attorneys, I think it is becoming a problem. It doesn't matter if MJ's will was 20 years old.

Mrs. Jackson needs to accept her SON's choices and disregard JOE's advice as it may cause her great financial lost. So far the administrators have gotten the estate a lot of money why would they stop?

Mrs. Jackson should have a seat at all the tables. Period. I don't trust any of the folks involved in this mess. Michael's will was 7 yrs old. Why didn't Branca and McClain have him update it? Something is just rotten with all these folks.
