Over the continuing objections of Katherine Jackson, Judge Mitchell Beckloff on Friday approved a contract between the Estate of Michael Jackson and AEG for a memorabilia tour.
"This agreement is in best interest of the estate," Beckloff said. "Mr. Branca is a compelling witness. The petition is approved."
John Branca, along with John McClain, are the Special Administrators of the Estate and were longtime friends and business associates of Michael's. Both they and the court-appointed attorney who oversees the interests of Michael's kids, were in strong favor of the deal.

Michael Jackson will be greatly missed and I respect him as a brilliant, exciting musician and entertainer. So sad what happend and still angry those around him didn't do more to prevent the outcome...NO EXCUSES.......
RIP
