Is Avril Lavigne Getting Divorced?

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley have denied divorce whispers practically since they married in 2006 but those whispers are growing a lot louder.
Spywitnesses for RadarOnline.com have seen the couple apart more than together during the past year at various Los Angeles nightspots and now the New York Daily News reports Avril spent this past weekend in Southampton sans her singer husband.
Having an obviously good time at the restaurant Georgica, Avril was “hanging with a number of male admirers,” says the Daily News and she then grew paranoid about photos that were being taken and asked the paps to see the pics. She continued partying Saturday night at Axe Lounge, says the News.
