Ashley Greene is putting up a fight regarding photos of her posing naked which leaked onto the internet on Monday. A lawyer for the actress sent out a statement saying Greene would “take legal action” against anyone who chooses to publish them.

"The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed," THE statement read. "Our client intends to take legal action."

In another statement the lawyer confirms that the actress owns the copyrights of the photos and thus maintains the “exclusive rights, among others, to reproduce, distribute, and to display the photos.”
