Given the variety of bad shows available on American TV, RadarOnline.com was curious to find the worst TV shows from other countries. So we enlisted the aid of Ric Meyers, author of numerous books on TV history including TV Detectives and TV Soaps to find the most unusual programs from around the world and rate them in order of weirdness.
