Stephen Baldwin Declares Bankruptcy

The recession has hit everyone hard -- even the Baldwins.

The youngest brother of the famed acting clan, Stephen Baldwin, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in New York Tuesday.

The 43-year-old Baldwin and his wife Kennya owe $1.2 million on two mortgages in New York, more than $1 million in taxes and about $70,000 to credit card companies, according to court documents.

Baldwin was most recently featured on NBC summer reality show, I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, where his most memorable moment was baptizing fellow reality TV staple Spencer Pratt.

I hate to see anyone in trouble but it is going to take all of these stars and upper middle class well known people who have a voice to make a difference that the country is in trouble
