It is a strange and riveting photo in a universe filled with bizarre Michael Jackson photos.
The King of Pop, long before he faced allegations of improper behavior with boys, won a humanitarian award from the Boy Scouts of America in 1990.
Here, he appears on a Boy Scouts calendar in 1995 in a setting that, well, just seems odd in retrospect!
