The photos were taken Tuesday, just one day before the OC actress was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles -- ala Britney Spears -- by the Los Angeles Police Department.

Medical condition's right, from the looks of it she could be preggo (scary with her mental breakdown & drug use) or she could have partied so much that she overloaded her kidneys & liver. She can get some real help nowat least.

I think it more to this than just a break down.. Know one gain weight that fast, I think she might have a medical condition. Or she may just be depressed, but its a lot more to this story..
