Michael Jackson's Mom Continues Court Battle With Estate Administrators
Posted on Jul 28, 2009 @ 02:35PM

Michael Jackson's mother Katherine is continuing her battle with the administrator's of her son's estate, filing new court papers Tuesday.
Katherine previously failed in an attempt to be appointed administrator and now she's asking the court to shorten the time needed to obtain access to documents related to the estate.
Tellingly, the bad blood between Katherine and administrators John Branca and John McClain is evident in the new papers. Her lawyers write that their negotiations with the Special Administrators to obtain documents without subpoenas and discovery methods have "ultimately proven to be fruitless."

Jill I agree. MJ did not think the kids would contest or the charities would contest. HE NEW HIS MOTHER WOULD TRY likely at the behest of others.

The smartest thing Jackson ever did was to put Branca and McClain in as executors. Mrs. Jackson's only financial experience is filing for bankrupcy with 24 MILLION dollars in debt.
