Lady Gaga, performing at Pete Tong's Wonderland on the Mediterranean Island of Ibiza, suffered a wardrobe malfunction, which resulted in her breasts being exposed for all to see.

The chart-topper -- famous for unusually lavish, sexy get-ups -- didn't seem too embarrassed by the nip slip this weekend, continuing to perform while adjusting her top to cover up.
"I am the most sexually free woman on the planet, and I genuinely am empowered from a very honest place by my sexuality," the pop diva said in a February interview. "What's more primal than sex?"
