As estranged husband Jon Gosselin continues to frolic around with new girlfriend Hailey Glassmen (even taking to time to hit a swing set in the park), Kate Gosselin is leaving the playtime to the kids like a responsible mom.

Jon stayed in New York after the family’s recent photo shoot and was spotted spending quality time with Glassman at a park happily swinging on a swing set as the cameras captured every gleeful moment. That must be what a father of eight does when trying to have his own second childhood!

Both Jon and Kate appear miserable. He looks worn out and homesick and she just looks lost. I deperately hope they find their way back to a healthy place soon.

Oh man...Quit reporting about her like she is some poor victim. Poor Poor Kate being a mom 24/7. Yea...When she's not on tour or flying out to LA etc. etc. Lots of us are Moms 24/7.. Big deal..

I don't think Kate was abusive to Jon. I think Jon is a flighty moron and needs to be treated like a child or he goes out and does some of the things he has been doing lately. He needs Kate!

Hate to be a party pooper, but this isn't really "changing" a battery. My son has one of these, and you pop out a battery and plug it in to recharge it. Pop in another charged one. In any event, they're both d-bags.

DBurnett.. ok one day and one night.. the one thing the pics do prove is which parent is with the kids. The pics don't show all of Kate's actions and neither does the show.. it's called editing.

Kate may not be perfect. She loves her children very much. She is a mom 24/7. I respect her for her behavior lately.. I am sure she has regrets, just like all of of us do but hindsight is 20/20. I have yet to meet the perfect person.

HOW ABOUT PRIOR LIKE 2YRS AGO DID YOU RESPECT HER THEM FOR BEING ABUSIVE PHYSICALLY AND VERBALLY TO JON ON TV! CAN YOU IMAGINE OFF TV IS MUST HAVE BEEN A WITCH TELLING HIM THING FROM A-Z SLAVE CHORES.

It seems Jon has already entered "Divorced Daddy Mode". You see them at McDonald's & Toys R Us on Sundays.
Daddys appear to be more FUN because they are not dealing with the ongoing daily crap.
It's easy to be fun for a hew hours a week.
