Update: Jon and Hailey landed in the U.S. on Tuesday afternoon. The happy, happy lovebirds are in New York.

After gallavanting with the likes of Christian Audigier and sporting some interesting fashion statements in the French Riviera, it seems Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman’s vaca has come to an end.

The dad-of-8 and his Kate replacement were spotted at the airport in Nice on Tuesday, where they looked a little worse for wear.

Love how they still make time for a smoke break. Hey, the couple that smokes together…

This is why Kate was such a hard ass. If you don't stay on him, look what he reverts to. The loser fat kid whose parents buy him labels to try and trick people into thinking he's cool. Can anyone say Federline?

Kate may have been hard on him but look at the way he acts when he makes all his own decisions. Girlfriend who has been arrested on drug charges (numerous times). Kate should use this in the divorce
