Back on daddy duty, Jon Gosselin was hard at work taking his kids to the dentist on Wednesday near his home in Reading, PA.

Gosselin, 32, was snapped herding the sextuplets in and out of the car as they hurried to make their appointment. Gee, Jon, might want to put out that cigarette when you're around your kids!

Oh no here we go again, TLC parenting these children so to make sure they had their check-up. All these shows have been TLC's lame ideas. Take the kids to the dentist Jon, make like a good daddy.

Jon doesn't go there to spend time w/ his kids he looks at it as going to clock in for his job. It shows. Btw Jon is a terrible employee and has lost every job he's ever had.

the show has to be stopped . this is no good for the kids . for kate all it is about is the money she can make . and he is off having an early mid life crisis. people don't want to see anymore of the train wreck

I will NOT watch this friggin program next week! Jon is fat and can't keep it in his pantsd (I hope he uses a rubber) and Kate has got that look as if she is sucking a lemon all the time. ****s...
