Congratulations are in order for Jaime Pressly--the My Name Is Earl star is engaged.
A rep for the actress tells RadarOnline.com Pressly and entertainment lawyer Simran Singh will be hitched, a date for their nuptials to be determined.
Pressly split last November from the father of her 2-year-old Dezi, Eric Cubiche.
Pressly was last seen in the Paul Rudd hit I Love You, Man.

Dag, Jaime didn't waste any time in replacing her ex-husband. Makes me wonder if this lawyer guy way always in the background all this time and now she's decided to come out publicly. Some gals are so deceptive that way.
