According to his will filed Wednesday with the Los Angeles Superior Court, Michael Jackson entrusted guardianship of his children to his mother Katherine (with Diana Ross nominated as guardian if Katherine is unable to fulfill her duties) and left all of his assets in a trust fund. The five-page document, which was signed in July 7, 2002, named his longtime lawyer John Branca, music executive and friend John McClain and Barry Siegel as executors of the will. It also left out any consideration for the mother of his first two children Debbie Rowe.

The Michael Jackson Family Trust provides for his children, his mother, and distributes money to several charities.

Katherine was granted temporary custody of Jackson’s three children on Monday as well control of his personal property. The value of his holdings remain unknown.

"I have intentionally omited to provide for my former wife Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson," it said.

Michael didn't want Deborah Rowe to get anything from him in his death. She probably blackmailed him while he was living about the children she had for him.
