Grey's Anatomy is expanding, literally.
Ellen Pompeo, who plays the show's namesake, showed she was full with child, as she was consumed with her handheld device as she arrived on the Los Angeles set of the hit show Monday.
The actress is expecting her first child with husband Chris Ivery, a record producer.
