Farrah Fawcett’s Memoirs To Be Released

A diary kept by Farrah Fawcett's best friend during her courageous battle with anal cancer is coming to a bookstore near you.

My Journey with Farrah: A Story of Life, Love, and Friendship is a chronicle written by Fawcett's close pal, Alana Stewart, about the actress’ brave fight.

“Farrah had originally encouraged me to write this book -- it was her idea,” Stewart said. “My hope is that people will find this book to be a heartfelt tribute to my friend of thirty years and her valiant fight against cancer.”

Fawcett died June 25 at the age of 62 after a three-year battle with anal cancer.

My Journey With Farrah hits shelves Aug. 11. Proceeds from the book will be put towards Fawcett's cancer research charity.

These are not Farrah's Memoirs, Alana is wrote this book about her friendship with Farrah.
Too bad Farrah didn't have the chance to write a book about her life. It would of been a great read.
