EXCLUSIVE: Papa Joe Simpson Announces New Artist

Joe Simpson, the honcho behind the careers and daughters Jessica and Ashlee, has announced his first new artist since launching the solo album of Ryan Cabrera.
An-Ya, a knockout Russian singer, is officially the newest member of the extended Simpson family.
"I am really excited to be working with An-Ya," Simpson tells RadarOnline.com.
"She is an exceptional talent I am excited about helping her fulfill her dream."

Her debut album will be a healthy mix of ballads and club bangers, one produced by David Banner, titled Nightlife.
"The first time I heard Nightlife I knew it was the one," An-Ya says, "and to have David on the track was unbelievable because I'm such a fan."
The singer is self-taught in guitar and even learned English with the help of Britney Spears and Spice Girls tracks.
We're sure she'll be in there company soon.
