While Kate Hudson plays the field with Yankees superstar slugger Alex Rodriguez this summer she has rented-out her $10 million Malibu home for a cool $90,000 per month, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

The recession doesn’t seem to have hit the star-studded enclave where Pierce Brosnan, Ray Romano and Dustin Hoffman all have homes.

The 30-year-old Almost Famous beauty was given the stunning property on Malibu’s Broad Beach Road as a wedding present from her famous mom Goldie Hawn when she married former husband rocker Chris Robinson.

Realtor Kimberley Pfeiffer said: “The house has been rented out over the summer from June through to September. “It is really kids friendly, has stunning features and has a private access to one of the best beaches in the area. There was a lot of interest in it but somebody booked the property for July and a new tenant will also take it for the month of August.”

The scenic sanctuary offers a media/screening room, light filled office, three large bedroom suites including a master with ocean views and balcony.

There is also a detached guest room and gym while the gardens are fully landscaped with outdoor fountains, furnishings and a large fire.

Hudson – who also owns a mansion in nearby Pacific Palisades – regularly stayed at the home but she started to complain about paparazzi taking photographs of her when she went on the beach with her young son Ryder.
