Michael Jackson's mother Katherine Wednesday received full and permanent custody of the late Thriller singer's three children, while giving the biological mother to two of the children, Debbie Rowe, "meaningful visitation rights."

The children, according to ABC News, will remain living at the Encino home of the late Thriller singer's mother, where they have stayed since Jackson died after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest June 25 in Los Angeles.

All of the parties involved in the custody case will be in court Monday and the judge is expected to approve the agreement at that time.

Prince & Paris will get counseling, but what about Blanket? Won't that be traumatic that his siblings have a mother and he doesn't? I hope Katherine gets counseling for Blanket too. What's Joe's status in all of this?

Go Debbie, she also will have a therapist involved, that is great. The kids could end up liking her....

I wonder if their same nanny or nannies have stayed with them? At least that would be some continuity for the kids. Also, who will get them when grandma passes away? Hopefully she's in good health and they can all reach 18 by then.

OH!MY all they had to do is put the children in a horse costume and Rowe would have fought for them.Rowe needs to pay child support just like the rest of the people do when they are single parents.

I am glad. Since Debbie has not legal cliam to Blanket, the kids would have been split up if she had taken Prince and Paris.

I'm happy it's settled, but unsure how a 79 year-old woman can deal with the rigors of raising 3 children.
