Oscar winning actress and UN Goodwill Ambassador Angelina Jolie traveled to the Middle East on Thursday to lend her presence to Iraqi refugees. It is her first visit to the war-torn country.

The Tomb Raider star's tour of the Middle East continues Friday in Amman, Jordan, where she is slated to be honored at a function by the children's organization, Arab Children's Congress.
The actress -- world renowned for her philanthropy and humanitarian work -- reportedly brought her adopted 7-year-old son, Maddox, with her for the festivities.

I like her and I appreciate all the good work she does around the world. I think she's admirable, BUT i also like her as an actress and I think she's probably gonna give up acting soon and that makes me sad. I want more Angelina movies.
