Robert Pattinson Mobbed By Fans in NYC

In a chaotic but hardly shocking scene Monday, Robert Pattinson made waves on the streets of New York but simply walking down them.

On the set of his forthcoming drama Remember Me, RPattz walked from scene location to production offices in Manhattan, around 2 1/2 blocks, and barely made it out alive--teen girls tracked him down and became hysterical.

Two teamsters had to flank the New Moon star on his trek, as girls attempted autographs and photos whilst proclaiming love--one lucky and bold gal even got a split-second hug before getting bounced.

And while Pattinson forges ahead looking stressed over the mob, he has been obliging fans with signatures and smiles.
