Octo-Mom Controversy Over RadarOnline & California
Posted on Jun 16, 2009 @ 04:20PM

California’s labor commissioner says RadarOnline.com has violated child labor law videotaping two of Nadya Suleman’s octuplets, according to media reports on Tuesday.
Those same reports said RadarOnline.com failed to obtain required state permits and videotaped two infants at times outside labor law guidelines.
RadarOnlne.com has not seen any paperwork from the department of labor and therefore cannot comment on specifics.
However, like any other newsgathering organization, RadarOnline.com is not required to obtain permits nor is it restricted to certain hours in its newsgathering operations.
