The teen audience went wild Friday night at The Grove in Los Angeles when Miley Cyrus made a surprise appearance on stage with Mitchel Musso.

Musso was performing when suddenly his Hannah Montana costar Miley popped up on stage. RadarOnline.com was there as the teen and tween audience erupted and surged toward the stage.

Miley performed one song with Musso, whose debut self-titled album dropped Friday.

And yes we got quite a few bumps and bruises in the crowd!
