Michael Jackson’s Parents File Court Documents To Gain Control Of Singer’s Estate

Attorneys for Katherine and Joe Jackson have filed a petition for a letter of administration in Los Angeles Superior Court that would put Michael’s parents in charge of his estate.  A family spokesperson also revealed Sunday night the family had not yet seen Jackson's will. If Jackson had not left a will his assets would go to his next of kin under California law.
