Lindsay Wagner Sued in Auto Mishap

Being famous for having played the Bionic Woman didn't protect Lindsay Wagner from being sued for "Property Damage" and "Personal Injury" in connection with a September 24, 2008 auto accident.
Also named as a defendant is Regina Samsel, who works for the actress and was driving the car. She told RadarOnline.com, "this is a legal matter. I have no comment."
Kent Smith is the plaintiff. He's asking for more than $25,000 in damages.
