The plot thickens for Twilight's Kristen Stewart. Not only is her dark black Joan Jett getting some volume and shape, but she's been working out on the vocal end.

Bella's been visiting a studio in Pacoima, Ca. preparing the filming of The Runaways with fellow New Mooner Dakota Fanning.

Initial trade reports said Stewart would do some light rocking out in her portrayal of Jett.

She would by no means be the first Twilight Saga alum to turn rocker--Robert Pattinson, Jackson Rathbone and Jamie Campbell Bower are real life musicians.
